Getting More Out of "Phone Book"

The list of phonebook entries will be displayed in alphabetical order and
stored either in the SIM or the phone memory.
If several numbers are defined for this card, another screen allows select-
ing which number to call (Home, Work, Cellular, Fax).
Pressing Options will display the following menu choices:
Creating a group of cards
Groups of cards can be defined for the phonebook. This feature allows to display
only the cards that belong to a selected group.
To create a group:,
Once created a selected group can be modified or deleted via Options .
My Card data set
My Card is a specific storage where you can enter your personal data.
My Card contains all fields as a usual phone card, except the Groups and Voice di-
alling fields.

ated to the key. For example, a first name beginning with "B" is
selected when pressing twice.
Press to dial the number.
Item Function
View Modifies the card content (any field)
Delete Deletes the current card
Copy Copies the current card to the SIMs or the phonebook
Move Moves the current card to the SIMs or the phonebook
Group
selection
Only displays the cards that belong to one group
Send by IrDA Sends the card content via an external port: IrDA port
Press Exit or to return to the standby display.
Press . Select Phone Book.
Select Groups. The groups list will be displayed.
Choose any blank template [...] and press New . The follow-
ing items will be displayed:
Item Function
Group name The group name
Melody A melody chosen in the mobile set of melodies
Enter or selected the requested data. Confirm the entry by
pressing OK .
Press End , then select Yes to confirm data storage. Stored
will be briefly displayed.
Press Exit or to return to the standby display.
